It is the member's responsibility to keep their account information up to date in the event of any changes. Any losses arising from outdated or inaccurate information are solely the member's responsibility. 198kis is not liable for any transaction delays or failures resulting from information that has not been updated.

Your account username and password are confidential and must not be shared with anyone. 198kis will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

198kis accepts deposits via a variety of supported payment methods including local bank transfers, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other methods listed on the Deposit. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation received from the payment provider.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the selected payment method.
• All deposits must be made by the member themselves using a payment method registered in the member's name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• 198kis reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected to originate from an illegitimate source.

Once funds have been deposited into a 198kis account, they may be used for any game or wagering available on the platform. Funds held in the account do not earn any interest or returns while idle.

Fund withdrawals from your 198kis account are subject to the following conditions, designed to ensure the security and integrity of all member transactions:

• Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified in the same member's name.
• KYC identity verification must be fully completed before the first withdrawal can be processed.

• Any bonus or promotional credit that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within five minutes for local bank transfers and nearly instantly for e-wallets. Any delays arising from security checks or additional document requirements will be communicated to the member via their registered communication channel.
